Grated raw cassava2 kg
Eggs3 unit(s)
Coconut milk200 ml
Fresh grated coconut200 g
Butter3 tablespoon
Sugar1 cup
Salt1 coffee spoon
Chemical Yeast1 tablespoon

In a bowl I mixed the sugar, eggs and butter well with a wooden spoon until it became a cream, I added the milk, salt and the grated cassava.
Finally, I added the yeast and grated coconut, poured all the dough in a greased shape with oil and took it to the preheated oven at 200° for 50min.
