  • Garlic Cloves5 unit(s)
  • Onion1 unit(s)
  • cherry tomato8 unit(s)
  • Butter1 tablespoon
  • Roasted Sunflower Seeds20 g
  • Onion to taste
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  1. Place the onion, garlic, and tomato on a platter, cover with aluminum foil and place in the oven preheated to maximum. Leave for 20 minutes
  2. Remove the foil and let it bake for another 10 minutes.
  3. Blend everything in a blender or mixer with a little water. Then throw in the butter, salt, pepper and beat again.
  4. Place in a container and finish with the sunflower seeds and chopped chives.
