- Butter1 tablespoon
- Roasted Sunflower Seeds20 g
- Onion to taste
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Place the onion, garlic, and tomato on a platter, cover with aluminum foil and place in the oven preheated to maximum. Leave for 20 minutes
- Remove the foil and let it bake for another 10 minutes.
- Blend everything in a blender or mixer with a little water. Then throw in the butter, salt, pepper and beat again.
- Place in a container and finish with the sunflower seeds and chopped chives.
