Caprese Salad with Burrata and Balsamic Reduction

- Tomatoes3 unit(s)
- Balsamic Acetate0.5 cup
- Basil leaves to taste
- Burrata1 unit(s)
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Olive oil to taste
- For the balsamic reduction, place the balsamic vinegar in a pan over low heat. Let reduce to 1/3 of the volume, stirring constantly, let cool until creamy. If it gets too solid, add a little water and put it on the fire again to get the point right.
- Slice the tomatoes and arrange on a platter.
- Open the Burrata with your hands and place on top. Add the basil leaves as well.
- Season with salt, pepper and olive oil, finish with the balsamic reduction and serve.
