  • Green pepper1 unit(s)
  • Red Bell Pepper1 unit(s)
  • Yellow bell pepper1 unit(s)
  • Chopped Onion1/2 unit(s)
  • Apple Cider Vinegar or Rubbing Alcohol8 tablespoon
  • Raisins50 g
  • Olive to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Olive oil to taste
  1. Sauté the chopped onion in a drizzle of olive oil.
  2. Add the chopped peppers (fine or in cubes). Sauté and add the vinegar. Let it cook.
  3. Then add the chopped eggplant, add the raisins, olives, more olive oil. Let it cook until the eggplant is soft.
  4. Hit the salt point, add kingdom pepper (at your discretion).
  5. Book and add more olive oil and store in a glass pot.
