Vamos colocar o cacau o café e o ovo na cabeça e mecher bem até ficar bem com aspecto de massa 

Depois vamos por o fermento aos poucos e misturar também 

Separado vamos amassar a banana e aveia e despejar na caneca 

Em seguida colocar no microondas por 10 minutos e comer
