  • Cooked Butter Beans150 g
  • Tapioca1 cup
  • Eggs3 unit(s)
  • Coconut oil2 tablespoon
  • Cooked and shredded chicken200 g
  • grated carrot1 unit(s)
  • Chopped Tomato1 unit(s)
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Chimichurri to taste
  • Yeast1 tablespoon
  • Flaxseed1 dessert spoon
  1. In the blender I beat the eggs, the beans, the oil, a pinch of salt, a pinch of pepper.
  2. In a bowl, I mixed the shredded chicken (which was already seasoned) with the carrot and chopped tomato.
  3. I added the mixture from the blender to the chicken stuffing, added the tapioca and yeast and mixed well. I greased a loaf pan with olive oil, poured the dough, put linseed on top and baked in a preheated oven at 200° for 35 minutes.
  4. It's delicious and super light 😋
