Grated Parmesan Cheese
Cook the broccoli for 20 minutes in boiling water.
Grind the broccoli in a blender or shredder.
Add the broccoli with the Parmesan cheese, 1/2 cup of mozzarella cheese and a pinch of salt.
Place the mixture on a non-stick pizza tray.
Pass the tomato sauce, cover with the rest of the mozzarella, tomato slices, olives and oregano.
Pre heat the oven for 20 min at 180 degrees.
Place the tray in the oven for 15 min.
