Beans with lean meat

medium chopped onion
Onion powder (optional)
Water (as needed)
Bay leaf (to taste)
Treat the menu and remove as much fat as possible;
Put the oil in the pan and add the meat in medium pieces, cumin, garlic and salt;
Mix everything and sauté;
Add 1 onion, half the cilantro, half the chives, onion powder and water (until the meat is covered);
Mix everything and put on pressure;
When ready to shred, remove from pan and set aside;
Tip: if your pressure cooker is small like mine, cook the meats and then the beans!
After leaving the beans to soak for at least 6 hours so that the gases are removed and the beans are softened;
In the meat broth, add the rest of the chives, cilantro, onion and water;
Add beans, salt and bay leaf;
Put on pressure;
When the beans are ready, add the meat to the beans and let it boil;
If necessary, add a little water and adjust the salt.
