  • water1 l
  • grated onion1 unit(s)
  • sliced leek1/2 unit(s)
  • cabbage sauce1 unit(s)
  • crushed garlic1 tablespoon
  • olive oil1 tablespoon
  • salt1 to taste
  • fine herbs1 to taste
  • pepper1 to taste
  1. Cook the potato in water until soft. Once ready, pass the mixer or blender. Return to the pan and set aside. In the skillet, sauté the onion and garlic in oil with the cabbage cut very thin.
  2. Then incorporate the cabbage into the baroa cream, add the seasonings, let the flavor improve over low heat for 10 minutes.
  3. You can add shredded chicken, smoked tofu or mushrooms. Finish with the salted granola.
