- Recipe
- 2 tablespoons rolled oats2 coffee spoon
- 2 tablespoons roasted peanuts with skin2 coffee spoon
- 1 tbsp sesame seed1 tablespoon
- 1 medium silver banana1 g
- 1 glass of skimmed milk1 ml
- Blend the oats, peanuts, sesame, milk and banana in a blender.
- Transfer to a glass and drink before or up to an hour after physical activity.
