BANANA CAKE WITHOUT FLOUR AND SUGAR

Grease a small form, sprinkle with flour and set aside. I preferred a way that makes four small units.
Cut the bananas into slices and hit the blender, with the raisins, eggs and oil.
In a bowl, combine the oats and yeast.
Add the creamy mixture of the ingredients blended in the blender to the dry ingredients. Mix well until it forms a homogeneous mass.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 20 minutes or until golden. Let cool for a few minutes and unmold.
Tips : a ) You can, like me, make several dumplings and, after they are cold, individually pack and freeze. When the first one is running out, just take the second one out of the freezer; b ) As each oven has a way, in addition to the golden surface, it is always worth doing the toothpick test or a thin knife. Skewer the cake and if it comes out clean, it's ready.
