- Large bananas4 unit(s)
- Cinnamon1 tablespoon
- Oil (can be sunflower or coconut, I used extra virgin coconut oil looks great).1/2 cup
- Yeast2 tablespoon
- Vanilla (optional) I used it I liked it a lot1 coffee spoon
- In the blender, beat the eggs, banana and the desired oil (use a very ripe banana because it gets sweeter).
- Then transfer to a container and place the oats and gradually stir the cinnamon and vanilla until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
- Lastly, put the yeast and bake in a preheated oven at 180° for approximately 40 minutes, it's delicious and super healthy.
- If you want to sweeten use a cup of brown sugar or demerara culinary sweetener as you prefer.
