• Bananas | 8 unit(s)
• Eggs | 5 unit(s)
• Xylitol | 50 g
• Butter | 80 g
• Almond flour | 300 g
• Chocolate chips (or chopped) | 150 g
• Cinnamon powder |  to taste
• Chia | 30 g
• Yeast | 20 g

Recipe

1. Cut 4 bananas into not too thin slices and place them on the bottom of the pan side by side, set aside.
2. Then, in the blender, beat the eggs, xylitol, ghee, cinnamon and 4 bananas.
3. Then put the flour and finally the chocolate, chia and baking powder, but this time mixing with a spatula.
4. Then, pour all the batter over the bananas in the pan.
5. Place in a preheated medium oven for 35 to 40 minutes.
6. Once ready, wait for it to cool and unmold.
