  • Large silver bananas3 unit(s)
  • Eggs2 unit(s)
  • Vanilla essence1 teaspoon
  • Olive oil2 tablespoon
  • Vinos flaked oats1/2 cup
  • Almond flour1 cup
  • Cinnamon powder1 dessert spoon
  • Chestnuts or walnuts to taste
  • Yeast for cakes1 dessert spoon
  • Large oats for garnish to taste
  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  2. Mash the bananas, and mix with the other ingredients (leaving the yeast last), until a homogeneous mass is formed.
  3. Add the yeast and mix gently.
  4. Place the dough in a bread or silicone cake tin, greased with a little oil, sprinkle with cinnamon and large oats, and bake at 180°C for 30 to 35 minutes, or until it passes the toothpick test.
  5. Serve warm or freeze in individual portions.
  6. Once ready, I still like to heat the slices in the electric sandwich maker or in the frying pan before serving, to give this toast.
