- Separate the egg whites and beat the egg whites until stiff
- Mix butter and yolks in a bowl, add 0S other ingredients and finally the snow whites, the dough is thicker but it should be damp and not dry if necessary add a little water to the mixture, slowly, until the mass to be hydrated.
- Grease a mold with coconut oil, place the dough in the shape and bake in a preheated oven at 180'C, make the Toothpick test to see when it's good. Between 25-35 minutes.
