Ingredients: 3 unit(s) eggs; 1 cup Demerara sugar; 2 unit(s) Apples; 1/5 cup Milk; 1 cup Oat flakes; 1/5 cup Olive oil; 1 cup Raisins; 1/5 cup Wheat flour; 1 tablespoon Chemical Yeast

Adicione no liquidificador as maçãs cortadas em cubinhos, Os ovos , açúcar , azeite , Bata por 3 min 

Add in the blender the apples cut into cubes, the eggs, sugar, olive oil, Beat for 3 min

Após adicione a farinha de aveia , e a farinha de trigo bata por mais 1 min

After add the oat flour, and the wheat flour beat for another 1 min.

Por último adicione as uvas passas e o fermento e mecha com uma colher ( colocar em forma untada com azeite)

Finally add the raisins and the yeast and stir with a spoon (put it in a greased shape with olive oil)

Levar ao forno pré aquecido 180°C por aprox 30min 

Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for approximately 30 minutes.
