In a refractory, break the 2 eggs and add the seasonings. Reserve.
Grease a non-stick frying pan with a drizzle of olive oil and place the 2 slices of Bacon.
Let it be well toasted.
Remove the bacon and pour in the eggs.
Don't forget to keep stirring.
Add the ricotta cream and mix.
On a plate of your choice, place the bacon, eggs and garnish with parsley.
If you want to accompany, make rustic potatoes in the oven.
