- Sliced eggplant1 unit(s)
- Sliced chayote1 unit(s)
- Curry powder1 teaspoon
- In 1 tsp of olive oil Sauté the meat until golden brown, remove and set aside; Add to the same pan: the garlic and onion. Saute well. add the tomato Saute until it shrinks by half, Add the spices and come back with the meat. Cover and cook for 30 mi; Adjust salt and pepper;
