Ingredients

• Sour cream | 1 unit(s)
• Powdered sweetener | 3 tablespoon
• Diet Chocolate | 3 tablespoon
• Milk powder | 6 tablespoon
• Sugar free cookies | 70 g

Recipe

1. In a pan add the cream, sweetener and chocolate and stir over medium heat until it thickens, about 5 minutes after it starts to boil.
2. Then, over low heat, add the cookies and stir for about 1 minute.
3. Place in a silicone form, or in a greased form and take it to the fridge for about 2 hours.
4. Cut into squares and pass in powdered milk.
5. Put it in the fridge again until it's time to eat.
