- Sour cream | 1 unit(s)
- Powdered sweetener | 3 tablespoon
- Diet Chocolate | 3 tablespoon
- Milk powder | 6 tablespoon
- Sugar free cookies | 70 g
- In a pan add the cream, sweetener and chocolate and stir over medium heat until it thickens, about 5 minutes after it starts to boil.
- Then, over low heat, add the cookies and stir for about 1 minute.
- Place in a silicone form, or in a greased form and take it to the fridge for about 2 hours.
- Cut into squares and pass in powdered milk.
- Put it in the fridge again until it's time to eat.
