Sugar free cookies
In a pan add the cream, sweetener and chocolate and stir over medium heat until it thickens, about 5 minutes after it starts to boil.
Then, over low heat, add the cookies and stir for about 1 minute.
Place in a silicone form, or in a greased form and take it to the fridge for about 2 hours.
Cut into squares and pass in powdered milk.
Put it in the fridge again until it's time to eat.
