Lactose-free condensed milk
Lactose free cream
Lactose-free liquid milk (any brand)
Colorless, flavorless gelatin sachet
Sugar (for the syrup)
In the form of a pudding, place the 3 tablespoons of sugar.
Cook over low heat, without stirring, until the syrup is the color of guarana.
Remove from the heat, spread over the mold and let it cool.
Heat the milk (same measure as the box of condensed milk) and dissolve the colorless gelatin well.
Take to the blender with the condensed milk and cream for about 2 minutes. Until they are very homogeneous.
Pour into caramelized form. And place in the freezer or freezer for at least 4 hours before serving.
To unmold, just heat the bottom of the mold for 3 seconds on low heat (just for the syrup to release from the bottom) carefully and serve.
Attention: REQUIRES TIME TO FREEZE
The ideal is to prepare it overnight.
