  • Banana1 unit(s)
  • Brown rice flour1.1/2 tablespoon
  • Pura Vida Sweetener Powder1 coffee spoon
  • Extra Virgin Coconut Oil1 teaspoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Chemical Yeast1/2 teaspoon
  • Coconut Sugar to taste
  1. In two cupcake silicone molds, I put some banana slices and a little coconut sugar on top, set aside;
  2. In a bowl, crush the banana, mix with the egg, brown rice flour, a pinch of salt, coconut oil and powdered sweetener, mix well and add the yeast;
  3. Put the dough in the silicone molds and take it to the oven or airfryer at 180 degrees for approximately 12 minutes.
