Ingredients
- Granola | 3/4 cup
- Peanut Butter | 1 tablespoon
- Molasses (or honey) | 1 tablespoon
- Light Greek Yogurt (pot) | 2 unit(s)
- Toppings of your choice | to taste
Recipe
- Start by mixing the molasses with the peanut butter and microwave for 20 seconds. Add the granola, stir well and distribute in 4 molds (those used to make cupcakes).
- Add over the granola, in each forminha put half of the yogurt pot. Place your favorite toppings on top, I used dark chocolate, but you can use berries, raisins, apricots, dates...
- Place in a container, cover with aluminum foil and place in the freezer for 4 hours. Remove from the freezer 10 minutes before eating and enjoy!!
