Plain yogurt340 g
condensed milk395 g
Coconut milk200 g
Eggs4 unit(s)
Sugar1 cup
Water150 ml

In a pan I added the sugar and over low heat I let it melt completely, added the water and let it reduce a little until it was like honey.
I transferred this sugar syrup to a pudding mold. In the blender I beat all the ingredients for the pudding for approximately 3 minutes, poured the whole mixture over the syrup, covered with aluminum foil and took it to the oven in a water bath for 1 hour, removed it from the oven and took it to the fridge until it was very cold.
I unmold it, this pudding is perfect and with the sweet well balanced.
