- Yogurt400 ml
- Refined sugar550 g
- Wheat flour400 g
- Baking powder1 tablespoon
- Crushed Strawberries300 g
- Water300 ml
- In the blender add the eggs, sugar, yogurt, oil, and beat for approximately 4 minutes. Then add the flour and baking powder and beat more until everything is homogeneous and mixed. Pour the dough into an already greased and infarinhada 24 cm shape and take it to the preheated oven between 40 to 45 minutes.
- Strawberry Jam Preparation In a pan add all the ingredients, (if you prefer, you can process the strawberry before) and take it to the low fire until it reduces everything and forms the jelly. Turn off and pour everything on top of our cake.
