- Wheat flour2 cup
- Oil1/2 cup
- Orange and lemon zest to taste
- Baking powder1 tablespoon
- Condensed milk200 g

- Turn the oven to 180°C to preheat. Grease a 23 cm tin well with butter and sprinkle with a little flour. Reserve.
- In the mixer or by hand with a whisk, start beating the eggs and sugar well, add the oil and the yogurt mix, add the flour little by little if possible passing through the sieve, so the dough will be more delicate and light. Finally, add the zest and the yeast, gently fold into the dough.
- Transfer the dough to the greased shape and take it to the preheated oven for approximately 30 min. Do the toothpick test, if it comes out clean, it's ready. Wait for it to cool and unmold.
- Squeeze the lemon and reserve the juice. In a bowl add the condensed milk, add a little lemon juice and mix well with a spoon or whisk, taste and add lemon little by little according to your taste. It will have a mousse texture, just cover the cake and that's it!
