Untar a forma com menteiga sem sal e polvilhar com açúcar.

Bater as claras em neve e depois coloque o restante dos ingredientes menos o fermento.

Deixe bater bem e misture o fermento ponha no forno para assar por mais ou menos 30 minutos.
