  • Oil1/2 cup
  • Natural yogurt1 unit(s)
  • Sugar3/4 cup
  • Vanilla Extract1 teaspoon
  • Wheat2 cup
  • Yeast1 tablespoon
  • Oil for greasing to taste
  • Sugar and Cinnamon for greasing to taste
  • Frozen dulce de leche6 tablespoon
  1. Put all the ingredients in the blender, except the flour, baking powder and dulce de leche.
  2. Place the mixture in a bowl, add the flour and mix until smooth. Add the yeast and mix lightly.
  3. Grease the mold with oil and sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
  4. Pour half of the dough into the form, put the frozen dulce de leche in the middle and pour the rest of the dough.
  5. Place in oven at 180 degrees for 35 minutes or until golden. Let cool and unmold
  6. If you are going to eat the next day, heat the slice for 10 seconds in the microwave to eat a fresh cake with melting dulce de leche.
