- Bicarbonate1 coffee spoon
- Oat flour2 cup
- Rice flour1/2 cup
- Baking powder1 teaspoon
- Beat all the ingredients by hand or in a blender (the butter needs to be at the point of ointment)
- Add chocolate chips (optional) and transfer the dough to a greased and floured shape.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 45 minutes, unmold and sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
