- Milk1 cup
- Oil1 cup
- Sugar2 cup
- Flour3 cup
- Yeast1 tablespoon
- Vanilla (optional)1 teaspoon
- Beat the eggs, milk, oil, sugar and vanilla in a blender until smooth. In a bowl add the flour and what was beaten in the blender.
- Beat with a foued until homogenized, add the yeast and mix again. Place on a greased and floured baking sheet. Bake for 30 minutes in a preheated oven at 180°.
- Suggestion: In the photos I suggested two presentations, one in the form of a more traditional hole and the other in a heart balerine and with nest brigadeiro!! Enjoy your food!!!
