- White corn hominy 400g1 unit(s)
- Milk approx.1 l
- Condemned milk1 unit(s)
- Sour cream1 unit(s)
- Coconut milk 250ml1 unit(s)
- Paçoca in cork to taste
- Leave the hominy to soak overnight. Wash and drain.
- Put it in the pressure cooker along with the milk, leave it on high heat until the pot sizzles.
- After that, leave for 40 minutes on low heat, turn off the heat and let the pressure release.
- When it comes out, put the condensed milk, the cream, the coconut milk and let it cook for about 20 minutes with the pan uncovered.
- Serve with crumbled paçoca in each portion.
