  • condensed milk395 g
  • Sour cream600 g
  • Milk1 cup
  • Corn Starch1 tablespoon
  • Semisweet Chocolate270 g
  • white gold15 unit(s)
  1. Start by breaking the 7 bonbons in half, grind the rest and set aside.
  2. In the pan put the milk, condensed milk, a box of cream, the starch and mix until the starch dissolves.
  3. Bring to a boil and stir constantly until thickened. Turn off the heat and let cool.
  4. GANACHE: Place two boxes of cream in a container, the chocolate and microwave until melted. Let cool.
  5. Pour the cream onto a platter, place the broken bonbons around it, and the crushed candy in the middle. Cover with the ganache and decorate with the rest of the white gold.
  6. Take the fridge for 2 hours, and it will be ready. Now just enjoy! Do it and tag me!
