milk1 l
Maizena5 tablespoon
sugar1 cup
condensed milk1 can(s)
gems3 unit(s)
vanilla or strawberry essence1 coffee spoon
semisweet chocolate250 g
sour cream2 can(s)

in a pan, add the milk, condensed milk, yolks, essence, cornstarch and sugar
mix until smooth. turn on medium heat and mix until it thickens. reserve in a glass dish
In a microwave-safe pot, place the chocolate bar and the cream. microwave every 30 seconds and stir in between until melted.
put the ganache on top of the white cream and put it in the fridge for 4 hours.
