- milk1 l
- Maizena5 tablespoon
- sugar1 cup
- condensed milk1 can(s)
- gems3 unit(s)
- vanilla or strawberry essence1 coffee spoon
- semisweet chocolate250 g
- sour cream2 can(s)
- in a pan, add the milk, condensed milk, yolks, essence, cornstarch and sugar
- mix until smooth. turn on medium heat and mix until it thickens. reserve in a glass dish
- In a microwave-safe pot, place the chocolate bar and the cream. microwave every 30 seconds and stir in between until melted.
- put the ganache on top of the white cream and put it in the fridge for 4 hours.
