- Make a caramel with the cup of sugar and spread it in a form for pudding.
- Melt the white chocolate in the microwave for 20 seconds or in a bain-marie until it melts completely, hit the blender with the rest of the ingredients for about 2 minutes. Pour in caramel form
- Bake in a bain-marie for 50 minutes. Let it cool to unmold
