  • Almond flour1 cup
  • Oat flour1/2 cup
  • cashew butter1/2 cup
  • Cocoa powder1/3 cup
  • Coconut Sugar1/4 cup
  • mint2 tablespoon
  • White chocolate1/2 cup
  • coconut oil1 tablespoon
  1. Mix all the cookie ingredients. Make balls and smooth with the palm of your hand. Bake at 200 C for 10-12 min. Let cool. Melt the chocolate and coconut oil until smooth. Dip each cookie and place on a baking sheet. Freeze until hardened!
