- Overripe banana of any type6 unit(s)
- Egg4 unit(s)
- Oats (flour or flakes)2 cup
- Raisins1 cup
- Coconut oil / lard / butter1/2 cup
- Cinnamon powder to taste
- Baking powder2 tablespoon
- Blend the ingredients, except for the yeast and 2 bananas, in a blender.
- After beating well, mix in the yeast, stirring carefully with a spoon.
- Grease a shape, and distribute on it slices of the 2 reserved bananas.
- On top of the bananas, pour the dough.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180°.
- Bake the cake for approximately 35 minutes.
- Do the fork or toothpick test. Skewer the cake, if the fork comes out dry, it's ready.
- Remove from the oven, let cool and serve!
