- Wheat flour3 cup
- Margarine4 tablespoon
- Eggs3 unit(s)
- Milk1/5 cup
- Yeast1 dessert spoon
- Sugar2 cup
- Condensed milk1 unit(s)
- Sour cream1 unit(s)
- Cake: In a bowl or mixer, add the eggs, sugar and 3 tablespoons of margarine and beat well.
- Then add the wheat flour, the yeast and the milk, and beat again until you get a smooth dough.
- Unite a form with margarine and wheat flour and take it to the oven preheated to 200° degrees
- After 30 minutes open the oven and check with a toothpick if the cake is ready
- If the toothpick comes out dirty, it's still not good, if it comes out clean, it's ready.
- After it's ready, wait for it to cool, unmold and set aside.
- Roof : In a pan put a box of condensed milk, a box of cream and a spoon of margarine.
- Stir well until it thickens and comes to a boil.
- Once it boils, remove from the heat and pour it over the cake while it is still hot.
- Wait for it to cool down and serve.
