  • Milk | 1 cup
  • Oil | 1/2 cup
  • Eggs | 3 unit(s)
  • Wheat flour | 2 cup
  • Baking powder | 1 tablespoon
  • Pinch of salt | 1 to taste
  • Chocolate powder | 1 cup
  • Sugar | 1 cup


  1. Put all the liquids plus a pinch of salt in the mixer until well mixed, then add the chocolate powder, beat, add the wheat flour, lightly beat the flour to homogenize and finish with the yeast just pulsing to mix.
  2. Pour into a greased and floured pan and bake in a medium oven for about 40 minutes or until you stick a fork and it comes out clean. Cover with plenty of syrup and brigadeiro.
