  • Vinegar | 03 tablespoon
  • Oil | 03 tablespoon
  • Salt | 01 coffee spoon
  • Sugar |  to taste
  • Cinnamon |  to taste


  1. In a bowl, beat the well-beaten eggs, add the oil, sugar, vinegar, salt and beat well, very well until smooth. Then add the flour little by little, you may not use it all.   2. In a medium and high skillet, put oil to heat and the amount that covers the donuts. As soon as the oil is hot, at the point of frying, to know just put a toothpick and if bubbles come out, it's ready. Put the donuts little by little and fry on both sides and keep an eye on the fire as they fry very quickly. Place on absorbent paper and then place in a refractory and sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon. These donuts stay dry they don't soak
