- corn starch1 tablespoon
- unflavored gelatin1 teaspoon
- Whipped cream200 g
- cornstarch biscuit100 g
- Butter50 g
- chocolate (I used semisweet)150 g
- sour cream1 can(s)
- For the Dutch cream In a pan add the condensed milk, milk and corn starch, cook on low heat until it thickens. Reserve and wait to cool. Prepare the whipped cream following the instructions on the package and mix it with the cooled cream. Hydrate the gelatin with two tablespoons of water and add to the cream.
- For the biscuit base Crush the biscuit and add the melted butter.
- For the chocolate ganache: Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie and add the cream.
- MOUNTING Make the cookie base, put a layer of Dutch cream and the ganache. Decorate with your favorite fruit.
