Ferver o leite com o açúcar, adicionar a aletria e cozinhar para atingir o ponto desejado. Junte as claras com as raspas de limão até ficar ficar cremoso.


Boil the milk with the sugar, add the vermicelli and cook until the desired temperature is reached. Mix the egg whites with the lemon zest until creamy.


Coloque em uma travessa e decore com a canela. Sirva na temperatura ambiente.

Place on a platter and garnish with cinnamon. Serve at room temperature.
