- Cold margarine200 g
- Sour cream200 ml
- Crushed peanuts without shell100 g
- Baking powder1 tablespoon
- Vanilla essence1 tablespoon
- Place the eggs, sugar and margarine in the mixer and beat on high speed until the dough doubles in volume. Then add the cream, vanilla essence and beat a little more, until well blended. This is that moment when the dough seems to have cut it, but it will work out in the end. Now we alternate flour, peanuts and yeast, until the dough is very homogeneous, mix it with a fue or a large spoon. This is a heavy dough, not liquid. After that, beat the mixer on high speed for another 10 seconds. Pour the dough into the greased and floured form. Bake at 180º for 30 minutes.
