- Vanilla1 to taste
- Wheat Flour2 cup
- Yeast1 dessert spoon
- Chocolate chips or chopped90 g
- Mix well: sugar, butter, vanilla, salt and egg
- Add the rest of the ingredients and mix just enough to incorporate
- Shape the cookies into the size you want and, if possible, place them in the freezer for 1 hour.
- Bake in preheated oven at 180° for apox 20min
