• Butter | 100 g
• Sugar | 1/2 cup
• Salt | 2 g
• Vanilla | 1 to taste
• Wheat Flour | 2 cup
• Yeast | 1 dessert spoon
• Chocolate chips or chopped | 90 g

Recipe

1. Mix well: sugar, butter, vanilla, salt and egg
2. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix just enough to incorporate
3. Shape the cookies into the size you want and, if possible, place them in the freezer for 1 hour.
4. Bake in preheated oven at 180° for apox 20min
