- Dissolve the lemon gelatin in 250ml of boiling water. Add 250ml of cold water and 1/2 can of condensed milk. First part dissolve in a bowl until well mixed. Take the Refrigerator for 1h30.
- Dissolve the Strawberry gelatin in 250ml of boiling water. Add 250ml of cold water and 1/2 can of condensed milk. Then take it to the blender and beat until foam forms and put it on the same platter you took it out of the fridge. Leave it in the fridge for 3h30 Cover with cling film
- Observation, you can use the gelatin of the flavor you prefer, with two different flavors I prefer to make it a day before serving.
