- - Dilute the gelatin powder for this, put the gelatin powder in a bowl, then add the hot water (the amount of water according to the package and mix well until completely dissolved. When the gelatin powder is completely dissolved in the hot water, add the ice water and mix and keep in the fridge until it is consistent. 2- Do the same with the other gelatin powder, add the liquid already diluted in the blender cup, add the cream, condensed milk, then beat until you get a very homogeneous mixture. After beating well, pour the mixture over the gelatin, taking care to spread it evenly so that it looks nice.
- Take it to the fridge until the cream is very firm, on average 02 to 03 hours.
