- In a small pan put the oil and heat it up.
- Place the tubes in 2 at 2 and turn to brown on both sides (just a quick pass so it doesn't burn, make it lighter than dark, because after it cools it darkens a little).
- Place in a refractory with paper towel to drain, but remembering that it does not get soaked.
- After you finish frying everything cut in half, fill with the cream and pass the sugar mixed with cinnamon.
- In a pan, place the condensed milk, the milk, set aside a little to mix the cornstarch and the slightly beaten egg yolks.
- Bring to the fire and stirring occasionally, wait for it to boil and add the cornstarch dissolved in the rest of the milk, keep stirring until you get a smooth cream and not too thick.
