- Carrot cake of your choice100 g
- Brigadier100 g
- Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie or in the microwave every 30 seconds to avoid burning.
- Put the melted chocolate in the form of easter eggs and take it to cool.
- When the egg is ready, put the crumbled carrot cake and intersperse with the brigadeiro
- This easter egg is 500 grams I made 3 layers cake, brigadeiro and cake.
- Finally put more melted chocolate on top to close the egg and take it to harden.
- Enjoy this delight!!.. Happy Easter
