- Sococo coconut milk200 ml
- Rice2 cup
- Water3 cup
- Sugar2 cup
- Milk1 l
- Cinnamon powder0 to taste
- Lemon Peel0 to taste
- Wash the rice and drain. Put it in a large pot and bring to a boil with the water and a piece of lemon peel. When it boils, reduce the heat and let it cook until the water dries up.
- Remove the lemon rind and add the milk, sugar and stir from time to time so it doesn't stick.
- When the rice is almost dry, add the Sococo coconut milk, leave it a little longer and remove from the heat, as it should be very creamy. Pour into small bowls and sprinkle with ground cinnamon. Serve cold.
