- In a bowl, place the condensed milk, milk and eggs. Whisk for 5 minutes so it doesn't smell like eggs.
- In a pan, place the sugar and stir until it melts and becomes a caramel.
- Transfer the caramel to the pudding mold and pass along the sides of the mold.
- Pour the liquid into the form.
- Take a pan a little bigger than the pudding mold and add water to a height of up to 4 centimeters.
- Place the pudding mold inside and place over medium heat. When it starts to boil, cover the pan and wait 20 minutes.
