- Sugar400 g
- Put the sugar in a pan and over a low heat, stir until it becomes a caramel.
- Quickly transfer the syrup to a pudding mold. Reserve.
- In a blender place the condensed milk, milk and eggs.
- Whisk for 5 minutes to get an egg smell.
- Pour the liquid into the mold and bake in a bain-marie in a preheated oven at 200° for 40 minutes.
